Orivox vs Wix: price, features and who each is for
Published 2 November 2026The short answer
Both build a website from a description and both let you edit it with AI. Orivox is far cheaper, at $5 a month for one site against $17.77 a month for Wix's cheapest paid plan on yearly billing, and it is deliberately simple. Wix is the larger and older platform, and it states that it can collect payments, which Orivox's plans do not list.
We make Orivox, so treat this as the publisher's view. Every figure for another company comes from that company's own pricing page, read on 2 November 2026; prices change and vary by country, so check before you buy.

- You want fine control over layout and design.
- You want a company with years of support content and a very large user base.
An honest note about maturity
Wix is the older and much larger company. Orivox is newer and smaller. If a long track record matters to you, that counts for Wix. If a simple site at a low price is the goal, the free plan on both lets you test the first draft before you spend anything.
